Awful dealership on every front. Interested in 2013 M5, went in to look at an M3 on the lot, Saleperson Carl was friendly, but never called to xxu on my visit. I later called and left a voicemail and then went in to look at an M3 on the lot, Saleperson Carl was friendly, but never called to xxu on my visit. I later called and left a voicemail and then a week later sent an email....neither yielded a response. Ended buying the car from out-of-state dealer who was phenomenal. When I took the car to be serviced for 1200 mile check, they did nothing with car first day. On second day when I finally got the service complete, instead of appologizing to me for the delay, the sales manager (Nathaniel Leman)administers an inquistion as to why I didn't buy the car from his dealership. I politely explained my poor experience and he promised to win over my business as they serviced the car in coming years...lol. The humor and irony of this event, however, could not have prepared me for what was about to transpire. Three days later, BMW issued a recall for an engine oil pump in the new M5. I was told not to drive the car and to take it to my nearest service center who would provide me with a loaner. This they did, however, 3 days later (after receiving a poor service review from my previous experience) the service manager John Holler calls and demands the loaner be returned that day even going so far as to cite my poor survey scores. Took a call from BMW corporate for them to agree to place me in a rental at BMW's expense. To date, I have not received a call from anyone at BMW of Peoria, despite corporate requesting they do so within 3 business days. This dealership has a terrible reputation in our area and now I see why. I'm in the process of getting rid of the new M5, just so I don't have to deal with this dealership/service center. More
Woody is a true BMW pro, a gentleman, and a joy to deal with. He was very upfront at the beginning about wanting to understand where were at in the shopping process and what our expectations were. It was n with. He was very upfront at the beginning about wanting to understand where were at in the shopping process and what our expectations were. It was nice that he wanted to get to know us and our situation before just jumping in and trying to sell us a car. We had been to many dealers and he was easily the best. He took us on a nice test-drive and told us about many things that we did not know and other salespeople had not mentioned. He really made it easy and enjoyable and I can see why he is the President of the BMW Car Club in Illinois. He really cares about his customers needs and made buying our BMW easy and fun.Woody is the best! More
Although I have been coveting a BMW for several years, on a whim I dropped into the dealership on Saturday after test driving an A4 and C300. When introduced to Ken (Client Adviser), I immediately told him a whim I dropped into the dealership on Saturday after test driving an A4 and C300. When introduced to Ken (Client Adviser), I immediately told him I was not buying a car--just wanted to do a test drive. Ken was very accommodating and promptly found a car for me to drive and did not try to hard sell me. Afterwards, I was going to leave, since the dealership was closing soon; however, when Ken mentioned he had a loaner with 8,000 miles that was recently available for sale, he got my attention. I have never purchased a new car before; however, the discounted price was just too tempting. (Only a couple thousand dollars more than the Mini Cooper Countryman I had been considering for months). An hour and a half after closing, Scott (finance) and I reached a handshake deal. Before returning on Monday to complete the paperwork, I emailed a list of questions to Ken. Monday morning he responded to my questions, including emailing me some other documents I had asked for to read in advance. When I returned on Monday evening to complete the paperwork, Jim took the time to explain all the paperwork to me and let me read all the documents before he actually filled them out for my signature. After inspecting the car and seeing a couple dents, there was no problem with them being corrected the next day. Ken even gave me a couple extras for the car. Tuesday evening when I came to pick up the car, it looked brand new. Overall, the sales process went very smoothly. Ken, Scott and Jim were exceptionally friendly and made the unexpected purchase a very pleasant experience. I'm still smiling from my first driving experience. More
Purchased an 09 Yaris just about $2000 below book value. Jon was great! I love the car and it is getting upper 40 mpg. I looked at 5 that were in the area, but Sam Leman had the best car and pricing. I bought a 335D from out of state, the car was a "loaner" vehicle with approximately 3K miles, the car was in great shape, saved serious money buying a loaner car, had the car shipped out of state, "loaner" vehicle with approximately 3K miles, the car was in great shape, saved serious money buying a loaner car, had the car shipped out of state, that worked well, delivered the car to my driveway, Very Pleased and consider the dealer and staff top notch. I went to BMW of Peoria to buy a car they had advertised on the internet. When I arrived, I was met by their most junior salesperson who was quite friendly and put me in the car for a test drive. I wanted t on the internet. When I arrived, I was met by their most junior salesperson who was quite friendly and put me in the car for a test drive. I wanted to purchase the car so the junior salesman handed off to the other salesman to do the trade-in analysis. After waiting for a couple hours to talk to this other salesman, the junior salesman made the offer to me. The trade-in worked up by the other salesman was five thousand-dollars less than KBB trade-in value for my car with a thousand-dollars of accessories on it. I explained to the junior salesman this was not acceptable and asked him to go back to the other salesman to sharpen his pencil. I was told I would get a call the next day. Two-weeks later, no call. I emailed the junior salesman and a week later still no call nor email. The price of the car I was trying to purchase has gone up two thousand-dollars on the web site. The dealer is clearly not interested in doing business with me as I know they have my correct contact information loaded into their customer information database because I verified it for them. My impression is the dealer offers cars at attractive prices and then makes up any potential lost margin by under cutting a reasonable trade-in value. They are certainly not interested in customer service and do not seem do be operating ethically. Further research has shown many people in the Peoria area go to Chicago or Springfield for better treatment (Isringhausen Imports in Springfield is a BMW Center of Excellence dealer). More

How nice he was first when I met him. His boss now gave him a manger position because he knows how to lie to customers. He sold me the vehicle, his name is little chris at Bmw in Peoria, Il. After i called him a manger position because he knows how to lie to customers. He sold me the vehicle, his name is little chris at Bmw in Peoria, Il. After i called them back and complaint about him his boss called me and told me he's not going to serice my car no more. Purpose is: I paid first when aI bought the car the package of the bra , it's special plastic clear bra Bmw has for bugs when on road. Afterwards I took it to them to activate the sos... and told him ( chris ) not to put the bra, they asked me to sign a paper that I don't need it. I did. They drove the car back to me and they delivered it with the bra on. I went off and called them and I was told not to bring it back anymore . I was cheated. Bad service, liars, do yourself a favor and never go there. I wished I listened to friends and went to buy from Bmw in Bettendorf, IA. or in Springfield , Il. More
Don't go there. I talked with 7 dealers for a 5 series deal. But, this is the most arrogant dealer I have ever dealt with. Their pricing is ridiculous. I don't think they realize people do Internet shopp deal. But, this is the most arrogant dealer I have ever dealt with. Their pricing is ridiculous. I don't think they realize people do Internet shopping these days and they are not the only dealer customers can deal with. I walked in with a quote from other dealer and the salesperson literally kick me out instantly when I made an offer. She almost yelled at me saying "We cannot do that!! We cannot give you any discount on European Delivery!! There is no deal!!" and stood up and walked me out. I was going to buy from the dealer simply because they are closer. But even if they offer a better price, I wouldn't. Do you want to be treated like garbage when you spend $50K+? More
