I previously attempted business at BMW Norwood, however I was less than satisfied with the sales and management team there and I left without making a purchase. My team at BMW Peabody was incredibly kind, flexible and thoughtful throughout the entire day and process which can be very stressful and cumbersome. They even worked hard to make sure that I could take my car the same day to have for the long weekend. I would highly highly recommend BMW Peabody over any other dealership in MA especially the team I worked with. Thank you guys! I love my new incredibly amazing vehicle!!! p.s. Brought my x5 in for diagnosis on over heat decided to go with their service. Paid $1,800. The next day after receiving my car back not even 24 hours, the belt in the engine blew apart and damaged the some o with their service. Paid $1,800. The next day after receiving my car back not even 24 hours, the belt in the engine blew apart and damaged the some of the engine, now they want almost $6,000 to fix something they damaged. I have a handicapped child and this is my only car , they now want their loaner back because I can't afford the $6,000 right now and shouldn't have to pay!! Not good. More
This was my first experience at this BMW and disappointment is the best word to describe my experience. I brought my car in for a diagnostic service that required my center console to be removed disappointment is the best word to describe my experience. I brought my car in for a diagnostic service that required my center console to be removed. They told me my car was ready for pick up after a few days of working on it. I did not even get a chance to leave the parking lot before I noticed none of the buttons on my center console were working. There is no excuse for this. This is a BMW dealership working on a BMW. A simple check before telling me it is ready to ensure everything is properly working would have avoided all of this. On top of all of that, there was no apology for making a clear mistake. It felt as if my advisor did not care a mistake was made. Just straight disappointment from this dealership. More
