I was impressed with everyone I met at Northwest BMW (I purchased the only non-BMW on the lot, a Toyota Solara convertible that had been a trade in), but they treated me as though I had just ordered the most expensive new car available and made me feel like a valued customer. I met Melvin on Google+ he "circle me" the equivalent of friending on Facebook. I was curious and the timing was right so I looked at his stock of cars. I then got a Nissan Rouge and I am so happy. I was driving an old "horse" my Dad had and I had to put it out of its misery. Melvin is down to earth and doesn't pressure you and he helps you find a good car for where you are right now. I understand he could have made more "money" on a BMW, but with his service I will be a repeat customer and buy that higher end BMW when my situation changes. That's what sales/customer service is about—the long haul relationship. I highly recommend Melvin and I will surely do business with him and Northwest BMW. He said they are "pros" and it shows. Dealerships get bad raps, but Melvin and Ron and the team at Northwest came through to make my car purchase a reality. More
