He answered my emails quickly, was always ready at the times we agreed to meet and is very knowle and buying a car from Kenny was a great experience. I had researched the car quite a bit ahead of time and during the test drive I asked a lot of questions to confirm what I had found and every answer was consistent whereas the CA at the first dealer made up a few answers. The price we agreed on was much better than the first dealer and was in line with what i expected to see. It also did not include a bogus charge for nitrogen in the tires like the first dealer did, which really bugged me. Kenny was always professional and I never felt like he was trying to get one over on me. I would recommend Kenny to anybody looking for a new BMW. Dave More

I just leased BMW X3 at Northwest BMW. Having been two other dealers over a period of couple of months, I was skeptical of the sales people. I never felt that he was trying to play any games , normally found with car sales person. IMy wife and I liked his mannersim, and did respect throughout the transaction. Answered numerous questions that we had. Besides being a pleasant person, he had a very good knowldge of the car we were getting. The dealership was very low key and we never felt pressure to buy. The staff at the dealership was very courtious. They provided a specialist to go over the details of the functioning of the new car and offered to come home to set up garage door opener controls on the car. I had never experienced in my 40 years of driving and purchasing vehicles, this kind of sales person and service from a car dealer. Thank you Ken Hobbs and Northwest BMW.
