However, I was introduced to Stacey several years ago by Marshall, who has been instrumental in keeping me coming back to this Store. She is now the ONE who goes above and beyond to resolve issues and 10*s for not only her problem solving but for her attention to my Service needs. She even took the time to drive to my house to pick up the loaner and deliver my car clean as a whistle! I had some concerns about my paint, and she made sure that Imran gave my/her query the final stamp of Approval. Please make sure that Stacey is commended for her invaluable customer care. Picked up my vehicle from being serviced again for another leak in past 4 months,only to find out that whatever was done this time caused driver side of kidney glow grill to not function properly. Cal another leak in past 4 months,only to find out that whatever was done this time caused driver side of kidney glow grill to not function properly. Called dealership and had to drop vehicle back off at dealership where it is currently sitting until Monday morning 5/12/25. Needless to say I’m very upset with the non thoroughness of this dealership checking the cars total functionality before saying it’s ready for pickup. And yes it was working prior to me bringing in for service I look at it every time I drive it!!! More

The entire process was simple. I received a text about a recall on my M4. Shortly after I received a call to schedule the appointment.
