Every time I take my car in for service, the service is incredible. The staff is friendly and professional. Since I live about 20 miles away, I always have to get a loaner and they have always been able to provide one. The traffic getting to and from the dealership is no fun but worth the drive for this type of service. More

I heard good things about Northwest BMW from a friend. On my initial visit I met George, the new car sales manager. George introduced me to Melvin Bey, also a very experienced and knowegeable salesman. The test drive and conversation went well but I decided to wait a few months for new models. When finally ready to buy a 2013 X3 335i, melvin assisted me with an order for a custom car. I offered a fair price and it was accepted. The whole process took about 90 minutes and went perfectly. I've now been driving the car for a several months. It is my first new car out of dozens that did not have some kinks to work out. It has been 100% flawless and is an absolute joy to drive. My dealings with the parts and service departments have so far been flawless as well. I can therefor give Northwest BMW a perfect 5 star rating. More
