Second time here and very disappointed. Brad was the only saving grace as my advisor (he was truly a pleasure). Brad’ customer service made up for the inconvenience but the lack of amenities during my extended stay was unfortunate. This was the first BMW location where I experienced this and covid is no longer a valid excuse (locations in San Antonio and Naperville offer amenities to waiting customers). Only coffee was available. No water bottles, soda, or snacks…only vending machines that have overpriced items. I started coming to this location because I moved recently but I will make the extra drive to another location for my next service. Do better…I expect more from BMW. More

We bought our BMW at this location and have been considering buying another at the same dealership. Our sales person Mahdi was wonderful. Brad in Service was very friendly for our recent BMW X5 considering buying another at the same dealership. Our sales person Mahdi was wonderful. Brad in Service was very friendly for our recent BMW X5 service, but we did end up spending more than expected (approximately $4500). We were expecting typical top quality BMW service, but when we received our car, the interior was a mess. Previous times of service at a different BMW dealership closer to our home included interior vacuuming and wipe down. I was told by Brad that he could ensure that the interior was vacuumed. Nothing was vacuumed or wiped down. This was disappointing to say the least. The exterior of the car was washed. The lack of attention to detail regarding the interior of the car after a service appointment is the reason for the three stars. It may seem like a small detail, but these are the things we consider when looking at the overall quality of a dealership, and whether or not we want to buy another car there. More
