Rich at Orland Park BMW provided exceptional support start to finish with my vehicle. I came in for a car wash and he came out to greet me in the waiting area and informed me that they did a complimenta start to finish with my vehicle. I came in for a car wash and he came out to greet me in the waiting area and informed me that they did a complimentary inspection and found an issue with my exhaust pipes they needed to be replaced. I was pleasantly impressed that he took the liberty to inspect my vehicle without request. I love my BMW experience! Thank you Rich for going above and beyond with your exceptional assistance! More

I hate to bring racism into this but what else can I say. ...talked to Rich a few days ago only because I called him and he tells me case was closed but he didn't close it and said he would get back with me w ...talked to Rich a few days ago only because I called him and he tells me case was closed but he didn't close it and said he would get back with me when he got down to the bottom of what happened and he still hasn't reached back out to me so I don't know if a manager reads these reviews but this is the worst service I've ever experienced from a car dealership.
