I came in to have service done & everyone was so polite and attentive, I walked in and immediately sat down with a service advisor. The service I had done was quick and the advisor was amazing with communi and attentive, I walked in and immediately sat down with a service advisor. Ziegler BMW was easy to buy from but terrible to deal with for service. In November 2021, I bought a CPO 2018 330i, and noticed while looking over the car that the silver trim piece surrounding the ge with for service. In November 2021, I bought a CPO 2018 330i, and noticed while looking over the car that the silver trim piece surrounding the gear shift lever was bubbling and the molding around the windshield was dried and cracked. In my opinion, these issues should have been fixed before the car was ever put on sale as Certified Pre-Owned. I addressed this with Gigi, my salesperson, and she said they should be able to fix it. After two weeks, she called me to set up a service appointment, telling me that she'd reserved a loaner for me. When I arrived for my service appointment, the porter pointed at a bench in the service advisor lobby, and told me to sit and wait. I sat on that bench for 30 minutes before a service advisor even addressed me. Replacing two trim pieces is a simple job, so I asked the SA if the parts were in stock or if they’d need to be ordered. It took him over an hour to tell me that he couldn’t figure out if they had the parts in stock. They offered me a loaner (the loaner Gigi had told me she reserved for me) which took another 45 minutes to locate. The “loaner” was a USED car that was older than my own vehicle, was dirty and sticky inside, and the main user profile was titled “ME xxxxx”. The car also displayed low battery charge service alerts. I drove the loaner home and waited to hear about the parts. Eventually they called to tell me that they did not have the parts and would need to order them, which could take a while. Given the global supply chain issues, I cannot hold this against Ziegler, but I was not getting stuck with that terrible loaner car. I demanded they return my car to me, and the employee who delivered my car parked it in my parking lot and turned the ignition off with the windows down and the sunroof open... in December. The average MPH, which I had recently reset, was several MPH higher than when I dropped it off... In the end, I sat in their dealership for over 2 hours (where not a single employee wore a mask just as omicron was beginning to surge) only to be given a crappy loaner and for no work to be done to my vehicle. More
