I went to the BMW dealership in Orland Park after an oil light came on in my car. After asking the service advisor about it, ( D. Scaletta ) I was asked if I had an owners manual and that I should have read light came on in my car. After asking the service advisor about it, ( D. I would never recommend this dealership or its service department to anyone. This is not the first unpleasant experience that I have encountered at this dealership. More
Work done on car appears to be acceptable, but it's primarily related to a/c, and today is cool. Therefore, it's too soon to tell. I have scoured the car three times looking for the charger, and it's nowhere to be found. Of course, the dealership's position is to wash their hands of the matter. Here's what my visit amounted to - pay dealer $1,960 for repairs, then be informed that I must now pay another $30 or $40 FOR SOMETHING WHICH HAS BEEN IN MY CAR FOR YEARS. For the record, Jason was unsympathetic and referred me to Randy, the manager, who didn't bother to return my call, and the cashier was rude. More
