I came in to have service done & everyone was so polite and attentive, I walked in and immediately sat down with a service advisor. Ziegler BMW was easy to buy from but terrible to deal with for service. In November 2021, I bought a CPO 2018 330i, and noticed while looking over the car that the silver trim piece surrounding the ge with for service. In November 2021, I bought a CPO 2018 330i, and noticed while looking over the car that the silver trim piece surrounding the gear shift lever was bubbling and the molding around the windshield was dried and cracked. In my opinion, these issues should have been fixed before the car was ever put on sale as Certified Pre-Owned. I addressed this with Gigi, my salesperson, and she said they should be able to fix it. After two weeks, she called me to set up a service appointment, telling me that she'd reserved a loaner for me. When I arrived for my service appointment, the porter pointed at a bench in the service advisor lobby, and told me to sit and wait. I sat on that bench for 30 minutes before a service advisor even addressed me. Replacing two trim pieces is a simple job, so I asked the SA if the parts were in stock or if they’d need to be ordered. It took him over an hour to tell me that he couldn’t figure out if they had the parts in stock. They offered me a loaner (the loaner Gigi had told me she reserved for me) which took another 45 minutes to locate. The “loaner” was a USED car that was older than my own vehicle, was dirty and sticky inside, and the main user profile was titled “ME xxxxx”. The car also displayed low battery charge service alerts. I drove the loaner home and waited to hear about the parts. Eventually they called to tell me that they did not have the parts and would need to order them, which could take a while. Given the global supply chain issues, I cannot hold this against Ziegler, but I was not getting stuck with that terrible loaner car. I demanded they return my car to me, and the employee who delivered my car parked it in my parking lot and turned the ignition off with the windows down and the sunroof open... in December. The average MPH, which I had recently reset, was several MPH higher than when I dropped it off... In the end, I sat in their dealership for over 2 hours (where not a single employee wore a mask just as omicron was beginning to surge) only to be given a crappy loaner and for no work to be done to my vehicle. Called with a problem and spoke with LaToya. She was very knowledgeable with the BMW and was able to accommodate me the same day. Also the whole service department from manager Ken T to the BMW specialist t knowledgeable with the BMW and was able to accommodate me the same day. Also the whole service department from manager Ken T to the BMW specialist to the porters , did an outstanding job.Thanks everyone involved. More
Took my car in for warranty work for a window. During an inspection they claimed to have found other issues but it was covered under warranty as well so I had them fixed. Received the car back and the next inspection they claimed to have found other issues but it was covered under warranty as well so I had them fixed. Received the car back and the next day a part that previously had no issues came loose causing the car to go to limp mode. Dealership claimed all repairs, including completely removing transmission couldn't have caused the issue and wanted to charge me to fix it. Disappointed and won't be taking my car there again. For what it's worth, customer service with Jason was excellent when I originally brought the car in for repair. More
I brought my car to this dealer for service, Jason the service representative is very professional. The next day I went to pick up my car. I was told in few minutes a porter would bring the car. After 40 minutes Jason came to me and said the could not locate my car, and the keys also missing from lock box. It caused me anxiety attack. After another 40 minutes they found the car. The technician kept the car in side garage, and leaving keys in side the car. Jason said it was technician fault. I had to wait 1:30 hours for their mistake, and I wish they could compensate me for their mistake, but not. Any given time, the loaner car would not be available for 2 weeks at this location. More
