I would have to say after this last experience, I would say no I would not recommend your service center. Wilder fix on my car went great. I had to initiate most of the contact with your service center in say no I would not recommend your service center. Wilder fix on my car went great. I had to initiate most of the contact with your service center in order to get an update on my car, it went days without me, knowing whether or not my car was fixed or not fixed or what the estimated time for it to be completed. There are also no loaner cars which left me extremely stranded and I just think is ridiculous for a service department not to have loaner vehicles when there’s extensive work to be done on a car regardless of whether or not an appointment is able to be made in advance that just sounds ridiculous to me Considering it’s not predictable. More

Very pushy and condescending- on my invoice he didn’t ask if I wanted a full comprehensive review of my car, I was schedule for oil change online - he had me sing paperwork & gave me the total and if I didn’ if I wanted a full comprehensive review of my car, I was schedule for oil change online - he had me sing paperwork & gave me the total and if I didn’t ask what the $200+ charge was I would not of caught it- a customer should 100% be asked if they want a service not added on without consent- I have a cracked rim, I could tv ext fixed / orders that day as I wanted to speak with my husband and he said well come back if you decide you actually what the work, I asked for the quote & was never given it. We have already decided to upgrade down the road to a new electric BMW and 100% will not be using him as our advisor as he was extremely unprofessional & not helpful. Very bad business I’ve never felt so demeaned We will order our new rims and tires from elsewhere that appreciate our business More
