For instance, if you say you're going to call me @ 10, please do so. Well, Pamela did and does just that. Her informative nature is bar none! Facts! I've never had a service adviser be so willing to explain the process thoroughly. Let's face it, customer service is what brings us, the customer back. If I felt like I wouldn't receive the attentiveness that Pamela provides, I'm sure I would go elsewhere. Bravo! More

When i had to tow my car in, several people Pamela Allen in the service dept treated me with genuine care... I will always go to there because of her. When i had to tow my car in, several people told me the shop was booked, but Pamela understood my emergency, calmed me down, even told me my towing was free since my car was under warranty (i didn’t know that) I started upset and frustrated that my dream car was having trouble, and by the end of it, she helped restored my Loyalty to the brand. Tiring took a long time, but it still went smooth. I have a “girl” advisor now for life and she really knows her stuff! Top Notch Service! More
