Excellent customer service! I have never received the level of customer service that I'd did with Ontario BMW when I purchased this vehicle. Elena was outstanding, patiently sho I have never received the level of customer service that I'd did with Ontario BMW when I purchased this vehicle. Elena was outstanding, patiently showing me all of the cars I wanted to view, patient while I made my decision. My husband has health issues and could not go to the dealership, so they brought the car to my house for him to look at it. Then they brought it delivered it back to my house once we completed the transaction. James, the BMW Genius took his time to be sure I was comfortable with getting to know the computer system and app. Zo the manager was no pressure, clear in the offer for trade in and sale. I would highly recommend Ontario BMW if you are looking to purchase a car. More
