Work is impeccably documented requests are not executed prior to approval and they are always happy to explain anything that is unclear. In short, you get exactly what you pay for. Loaners are always clean and current model so a little extended test drive never hurts. Car drives and feels like new. Should be good for the next 10k for an oil change and general servicing. More

Good work but lack of a call about inspection very upsetting Scheduled a state inspection and detail job two weeks ago through the website. Arrived for my appointment and was told that the dealership no longer did state inspections. Since the appointment was made at the end of the month, if I had know ahead of time that the dealer could not do the inspection I would have gone somewhere else that day for the inspection, and come back to the dealer for the detailing at a later date. The fact that I received no heads up tells me that the dealer did not consider my time valuable. The work they did on the detailing was great, and I may go back for that type of service. However, I don’t see how I can trust them for important service work. Especially work where time may be an issue. For example, if in the future they tell me a job may take more than 2 days, I will probably go elsewhere, because I do not believe Gallery considers my time valuable and they may not be concerned if the job stretches into a 3 day (or longer). The quality of post purchase service was the reason I moved from Herb Chambers to Gallery. After only one year with my X3 I am concerned I am already dealing with a similar issue. More
