I left before they began the service. Plastic coverings on seats is the minimum. This dealership didn’t even have plastic covers until recently. But they now have them. I expressly asked the lady handling my service to ensure my seat was covered (I have white leather, but anyone will want protection from oils and stains no matter what color), 10 mins later, some mechanic in dirty overalls and oily hands gets in the car to drive it off, not a plastic cover in sight. Avoid this dealership. They couldn’t care less for your car. And if they couldn’t care less for your interior, what makes you think they care about the service or your car’s mechanics. More
I recently visited BMW of North Canton to have a check engine light diagnosed. I was initially informed that the diagnostic process would take approximately 15 minutes; however, the vehicle remained at th engine light diagnosed. I was initially informed that the diagnostic process would take approximately 15 minutes; however, the vehicle remained at the dealership for over 2.5 hours before I was told it needed to be kept overnight for further assessment. Despite the extended wait, I was charged $210 for the initial diagnostic, only to be informed later that no clear issue was identified. I was then told that the technician required additional time to continue diagnostics, which resulted in an additional $210 charge — bringing the total to $420. No repairs or services were performed during this time. While the check engine light was turned off temporarily, it reappeared the very next day. I paid $450 in total for diagnostics alone, without any resolution or actual repair to the issue. In my opinion, this was an unreasonable and unjustified charge for a service that failed to address or resolve the problem. I do not feel this reflects the standard of transparency or professionalism one should expect from a certified BMW dealership. More

Sales staff is nice. Service and Parts people can get tricky. Everytime I need servicing past oil, it takes forever and they tell you it will be done sooner. Makes you feel like they dont really know what they are doing. Parts will do the same when you need to order a part, they lie and tell you it will be in tmrw or next day, and it doesnt come in for weeks, again, why are you not able to have an accurate answer? Since it became NC and not Cain, really gone down hill with same people employed. More

After spending many hours searching for the right car for her and speaking with many dealers in the Pittsburgh area I came across a car that fit my needs at Cain BMW. I called them and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Eric Meyer. He was by far one of the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. After speaking with him and coming to an agreement by phone I drove to Canton the next day to purchase the car. Eric met me there on his day off, and also preparing for a wedding and honeymoon just a few days later. He then turned me over to another outstanding member of the Cain team by the name of Paul Sauvain. What a great and helpful person! They were prepared for me and made my buying experience one of the best I have ever had. The car was in perfect shape and extremely clean. The dealership was also a very comfortable and clean environment, and their inventory was fabulous! Not only did Paul have me in and out of there super fast but he managed to find me a much much better lending rate than originally quoted. To go to the extremes he did to make my experience the best is not something I personally am used to and did not experience at my local Pittsburgh dealerships. Being out of state naturally was a concern I had but they made it effortless! I received my Pennsylvania license plate and registration in the mail within one month of my purchase. I didn't even have to go the my local DMV. The treatment I received was first class and top notch! They were extremely courteous, kind and genuinely caring. Even Bob Weaver in the parts department went above the call of duty to accomodate my needs! What an amazing team they have at Cain BMW. If I ever buy another BMW I will definitely make the trip to Cain BMW again and again. Thank you to everyone at Cain BMW. More
