Awful service Brought x5 in for service and keys were not working. The wanted $300 in diagnostics labor to find out what caused they keys to not work. They said may Brought x5 in for service and keys were not working. The wanted $300 in diagnostics labor to find out what caused they keys to not work. They said maybe it was the rear window that we replaced that is blocking the antenna signal for our keys to not work. I said no to diagnostics and replaced the batteries in the keys. Now they work just fine. I felt taken advantage of. From now on I will bring my car to Prestige BMW for a quality experience and trustworthy service More

I put in a bid for a lower price and it was accepted by the sales manager but as soon as it came to A traditional bait and switch type of dealership. I put in a bid for a lower price and it was accepted by the sales manager but as soon as it came to finishing the deal they refused to honor my accepted offer price. Up until that moment everyone was very helpful. I do not blame the sales advisors as they were very helpful and are only doing their job. The general manager is the one to blame as they were the one that would not honor the negotiated price. If you have a client who negotiated the price and it was accepted you do withdrawal because you realize your losing money on it. That is just bad business and leaves a sour taste in your clients mouth who will spread their experience all over the web. More

Well satisfied customer I was referred by a friend to visit BMW of Newton and I decided to visit the website before I actually went in. I saw something I liked , a BMW 328i, I was referred by a friend to visit BMW of Newton and I decided to visit the website before I actually went in. I saw something I liked , a BMW 328i, and i decided to call and make an appointment to go in and see if this particular car. I was greeted over the phone by a Mr. Angel Rivera who assured me I could come in and he would assist me with purchasing my new car. Mr. Rivera was extremely helpful in discussing the vehicle, working with me to reserve it , and helping to coordinate the logistics and necessary paperwork for me to come in and want to go home with the perfect vehicle. Upon arrival Angel gave me the tour and all the information I needed and I was on my way to take home my new car. Mr. Rivera greeted me by name, took me for an inspection of the car and offered a test drive. He had told me the types of documents to bring to address residency concerns, any additional documents I might need to ensure the sales process went smoothly, and was able to take care of everything in about half the time I had expected. It was by far the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I've had and Mr. Rivera made it all happen. I appreciate his professionalism and the way he approaches and strives to help his customers and hope he gets the recognition he so richly deserves. My experience with Angel Rivera was overall amazing during my recent car buying experience! More
