I can say with out question that my Service Advisor Chris Medeiros has been nothing short of excellent in handling all of Newport for all servicing. They had a problem fixing the cd player and eventually was never fixable. They could not figure it out. Always was asked if I bought the car there during every visit which I did not and it made me uncomfo was never fixable. They could not figure it out. They would be more pleasant if they treated every customer with courtesy. Parts and service very high priced, for example a changed rear light bulb cost me $24! More
