No one answers the service center phone for days eventually called Sales an assistant Mgr. handled my query and quite crisply instructed me to bring the X3 to the shop as it had a trouble light! eventually called Sales an assistant Mgr. handled my query and quite crisply instructed me to bring the X3 to the shop as it had a trouble light! BMW Of Newport made the maintenance service very easy and even being on Cape Cod 70 miles away it seamless. Loaner car was new and clean and driver was very polite and helpful.
