I bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2006 325Ci for BMW of Newport. Not only was the car priced to sell, but the overall experience was positive for me. The car had to go back for some minor issues. However Newport. Not only was the car priced to sell, but the overall experience was positive for me. The car had to go back for some minor issues. However, each time Chris, made sure that I was either picked up, or there was a car ready for me to use. Some of the visits had to do with the Driver's car seat, that seemed to have been previously repaired. The repair work was peeling revealing a gash and I was unhappy. But, after two failed attempts to repair the damage, the dealership ordered a new seat cover and restored the seat to like new condition and made me happy. Why do I mention this? Well back in 1999, I bought a brand new Mitsubishi Eclipse GT. As a non smoker, it never occurred to me to test the Cigarette Lighter. One day, while driving, a friend of mine wanted to smoke and I agreed to let him, BAD MISTAKE! Not only did he foul up my car with cigarette smoke, but he decided to use the lighter. As soon as that Lighter popped out, it flew up and landed right between my legs on the car seat, nearly causing me to lose control of the car and started to burn a hole in it. I was angry and promptly called the dealership because I felt they were to blame for the the ruined car seat because of the defective lighter. They asked me to bring it in, which I did. They replaced the lighter then called in the service manager who wrote up the situation as if it never occurred and Mitsubishi refused to replace my seat. That was my second Mitsubishi Eclipse and I swore then I will never buy another Mitsubishi as long as I live. That was a NEW CAR experience. BMW of Newport really outshone them and the car was not even new! Thanks, Jose Viera More

Our sales person, Milton Rogers, went above and beyond to assure myself and my wife all the purchase options available to us, both new and pre owned. He was curtious and extreamly knowledgeable of the product. He spent the better part of the day taking us on no less than 5 test drives of cars that we liked. There was no pressure to "make a sale" which both my wife and I appreciated. Bill Woodcock, the Finance Manager walked us thru the financing in timely fashion, another thing we appreciated. We took delivery the following week which was another painless process. I would highly recommend BMW of Newport dealership and specifically to Milton Rogers to any one interested in purchasing a BMW. Ken, Always went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. He truly puts the customer first at all times. I met with Frank DiGorgio of BMW of Newport over a year ago. I still had 1 year left on my 2006 BMW lease. Upon approaching the end of my 2006 lease, I called Frank and told him I was ready. He remembered me and neither one of us could believe how fast the year went by. Frank did a great job not only getting me a very good price and excellent financial program for my new 2009 335i, he took the time to find the BMW I wanted with all the specifications. He finally found one destined for a BMW dealership in Missouri. He got it rerouted to Newport Rhode Island, and it is sitting in my driveway as I type this review. Looks awesome! I had a great great experience with Frank DiGorgio and BMW of Newport and would not hesitate to go back there for another car and or refer someone else to do the same. More
I met Frank at Inskip Motors in Warwick when he was a Mercedes Salesman and purchased a Mercedes. A few years later i was looking at a BMW at Inskip and asked his advice. He was very honest knowledgeable helpful and courteous to my wife and I. When we decided to look at a new BMW i heard from a friend that frank had gone to Newport. I immediately went to look at the BMW in Newport although a live a couple of miles from Inskip. Frank is a professional and i hope to do business with him in the future. Thank You More
