At first I was cautious as my car delivery was getting closer but Mark made sure that everything agreed on the deal with Brian will stand. At the day of the delivery I was greeted with a smile and handshake, and a personal story on how Mark got to sell BMW’s since 1987 - one of my favorite BMWs is E30 chassis that was in production during that time. It was a quick deal with no strings attached followed by no pressure document signing with Joseph Abate, and I got the keys to my brand new M2 in my hand! More

I am so unpleased with my service advisor’s rude attitude. I complained about the issue and he sent me a letter with exactly the same attitude. My name was not even acknowledged - just a “Hello”, an attitude. I complained about the issue and he sent me a letter with exactly the same attitude.
