Very good service through out the process. The service adviser, reception staff and delivery driver were all top notch. The wait time for car delivery after paying the bill was a bit long though ( ~15 min adviser, reception staff and delivery driver were all top notch. Mark Sleiman at BMW of Mountain View was awesome! He took care of us several years ago and also this time, and he is always so patient and accommodating. BMW of Mountain View was recently renovated and took care of us several years ago and also this time, and he is always so patient and accommodating. BMW of Mountain View was recently renovated and it has made the process smoother for sure. I love the fact that I can get a loaner if I book with some advance notice and, in fact, drive 1.5 hours out of my way (past a closer dealership) to go to this one! More
