BMW of Mountain View - Service Center

I brought my car in for service for a drive train malfunction and for an ambient lighting issue. My SA told me the malfunction was a glitch even though it happened multiple times and he said the ambi malfunction and for an ambient lighting issue. My SA told me the malfunction was a glitch even though it happened multiple times and he said the ambient lighting wasn’t covered by warranty even though I bought a platinum pack from BMW. I took it to a different dealer and they found a coolant leak and were able to get bmw to cover the ambient lighting. It’s ridiculous they weren’t able to help me out but thankfully the other dealer did and got my issues sorted asap. More
