My car recently had a coolant leakage issue. It was initially serviced at a different dealership, but they were unable to resolve the problem and, to my surprise, informed me that the repair wou It was initially serviced at a different dealership, but they were unable to resolve the problem and, to my surprise, informed me that the repair wouldn’t be covered under warranty, even though the car is still within the warranty period. I decided to bring the car to the Mountain View, where I had great experiences in the past, even though it's a bit farther from home. Kevin Tran was my service advisor, and he was excellent from start to finish. He quickly confirmed that the repair was indeed covered under warranty, coordinated with the technician to identify the root cause, and kept me promptly updated throughout the process. He also arranged a loaner car so I could continue my daily commute without disruption. The repair was completed within a reasonable time frame, and I was very satisfied with the service. Kevin was not only professional and efficient, but also genuinely kind and easy to talk to, which made the entire experience much more comfortable. Overall, a great experience, highly recommended. I am very disappointed with the service. Brand new X5 (500 Miles)has screetching noises on braking or on turning the steering. I was able to get my appointment easily. But after I dropped the vehicle as per my appointment time, no update or communication from anyone on the vehicle status or issue status. I called service advisor 3 or 4 times directly and front desk twice for the update on the first day and second day. Finally on the evening of secon day I got a call from service advisor (after emailed to the email address). Till then vehicle was not even inspected(this is after nearly 1.5 days). With in 1 hour after service advisor called, I got video inspection saying no issue with the vehicle and ready for pickup. Vehicle was not even cleaned. I picked up the vehicle and found that issue with the breaking noise still exists. I would have liked them to drive jointly so that I could have reproduced the issue again to them. Very disappointed with the BMW Service and definitely had high expectation of BMW Service. I will be talking to BMW North America so that they could take accountability of the issue and fix. More

BMW of Mountain View are exceptionally great with their customers! I feel I’ve made the right choice in purchasing my first BMW at their location. I’ve never experienced better service for any of my previous non-BMW cars. My husband never cared to purchase European cars because of the maintenance costs, but working with Kevin Tran gives us an extra peace of mind that we’ll always be well taken care of. He goes well above and beyond with customer service, he’s very personable, and great with advice. My experience at BMW Mountain View would definitely make my husband and I less hesitant in purchasing a second BMW in the future. Thank you so much for such a great first experience! I had my annual service on my BMW this week and can only say that it was outstanding. Everything was handled as planned / promised. Once on premise every single person that were involved in one way or another with me were professional and attentive. No surprises, no long waits and just really great and friendly people. BMW Mountain View always makes the service experience, from scheduling through payment, very efficient and timely. Overall experience was good. Hugo was very professional and helpful. What affected my experience are: 1. I was assuming the car could be washed but there was no car wash. 2. I waited for 20min when I picked up my car but nobody showed up. I went to the front desk and was informed that they forgot to bring the car to me so I had to waited another 10min to get the car Other than that, everything went on pretty solid and smooth. More
