I have been going to BMW of Mountain View exclusively for service for my last 2 BMWs over the last 6 years. This service center is a well-oiled operation, and what really sets it apart is the excellent Servi service for my last 2 BMWs over the last 6 years. This service center is a well-oiled operation, and what really sets it apart is the excellent Service Advisors, who always provide VIP-level service. I most recently worked with Hugo Cardenas, who went beyond to make sure my car was ready in time for the holidays, even though the turnaround was super tight on all the repairs. Hugo and Wayne are my go-to advisors. Both are A+++++!! More

Friendly and prompt service and advice re new car purchase, uncomplicated test drives, patient with questions. Leo and Jay as well as the finance team were great. I will not use this dealership. I went in to just look at a 2016 subarua. I did not want to talk to a saleperson because I was just looking.
