Branden and his team were fantastic. They had a (brand new!) X3 loaner waiting for me and took care of the recall issues and break replacement. I was already at work when the job was fin They had a (brand new!) X3 loaner waiting for me and took care of the recall issues and break replacement. Booked an urgent appointment for problems to start the car, but on the day of the appointment the car would not start at all. BMW Mountain View represented by Wayne were very accommodating and moved my sl car, but on the day of the appointment the car would not start at all. BMW Mountain View represented by Wayne were very accommodating and moved my slot to the next day after I got the car towed to the garage. They quickly characterized the issue as a faulty starter and had the car running as good as new the next day - and the repair was below the budget is feared since its a BMW ... They also did a free inspection on the car and sent the video to me which was great, and also nice to see beneath the car which I something don't see otherwise! More
