Dishonest dealership. Terrible customer service. I purchased an extended warranty on a new BMW from Raphael Chin for $4350. Who told me I would be refunded the whole amoun Terrible customer service. I purchased an extended warranty on a new BMW from Raphael Chin for $4350. Who told me I would be refunded the whole amount if I did not use it. I sold my car while it was still under the manufacturer warranty. The finance department at BMW mountain view started the process wich they maid difficult as it is almost impossible to get in touch with them. They also informed me I would get the whole amount back. I sold my car at the end of September 2023. They gave me a check for $2,435.40 in February of 2025 then the current finance director of BMW mountain view proceeded to tell me after numerous attempts to reach the via e-mail and phone to tell me my extended warranty is pro rated and started 60 days after I purchased my new BMW wich has a regular warranty for 5 years. How does an "extended" warranty kick in during a regular warranty? More
