The price negotiation took three minutes with one second change that slightly changed one number... It was an easy sell for Edwin and an easy buy for me... BUT... I spent over 4 hours at the dealership with delays at every step. That is not OK. Get one more guy to wash the car, don't take an hour and half for last detailing... This is constructive criticism as it is the third BMW bought at your place. Thank you. More
