As always, my service experience is outstanding. The site location excells in customer service, whether its sales or service. The level of "welcomeness" starts with a phone call and the friently and postiveness that just comes through the phone by Ms Rebecca Chumley. This feeling of warmth and wanting to "take care of you" is clearly demonstrated by Luke, service advisor, Adam, service manager, and John, general manager. This one of a few business establishments where I truely feel welcome and want to "do business" with. If this is your customer service model throiughtout your organization, then its no wounder that your company is at the "top of its game." By all means keep up the outstanding service. More

Anytime I have a question or problem with my BMW, Marcus Flournpy has always been extremely helpful. He makes my experience as hassel free as possible. I brought my 2012 528i to the service department today to have the iDrive and/or computer checked. The chime on the door locking feature stopped working. I had to bring it in before my appointment time bec have the iDrive and/or computer checked. The chime on the door locking feature stopped working. I had to bring it in before my appointment time because my husband was dropping me off at my office. Marcus took my key and said he would handle everything so I could go on to work. I spoke with Marcus around 2:30 this afternoon and my car was fixed and ready for pick up. He arranged for Renee to pick me up at my office and she was waiting for me at the front door when I came out of the building! When I got to the dealership I went to the service department and retrieved my key and paperwork. Marcus was with another customer but he had already given me the details of the problem on my car and how they repaired it; however, when I was walking to my car, he came out to speak to me and as I reached the rear of my car, I noticed a scratch on the bumper that I did not believe was there when I dropped it off earlier this morning. Marcus looked at it, said he would take care of it, drove it around to one of the technicians, and was back in less than 10 minutes!! NO scratch! It was magic! I was so thankful. He always does everything he can to make us happy, no matter what the problem is. This is the 3rd BMW we have purchased from this dealership in the past 6 years and would not think of going anywhere else for a BMW! More
