I would not have recommended this dealership to anyone until this morning.....my BMW had a recall on it....which I knew already there was a problem.....power electrical surges....this is the first time I until this morning.....my BMW had a recall on it....which I knew already there was a problem.....power electrical surges....this is the first time I have ever walked out of there and told Marcus, Luke and Renee that I feel like I have been treated like royalty...now Miss Lucy is purring like a kitten and ready to roarrrrrr down the highway:) and all at no charge!! He expalins what will be done, informs you of estimated cost, keeps you updated if you are waiting on-site and makes sure your vehicle receives the quality work expected with a BMW. As I have waited during some of my service visits, I am always struck by how friendly all the staff are. They take the time to speak to you, ask how you are enjoying your vehicle and in general make you feel welcome at BMW of Montgomery. Would highly recommend this dealership. More

The service reps were unwilling to provide updates as to why it took 2 days for simple oil change and minor recall fixes. They do not offer a loner car. NOT up to BMW standards.
