Unfortunately I had a bad experience of customer service from Jason on service department. I had an appointment with my mini for oil change so I dropped off my vehicle on Monday (02-01-2021) I went inside t from Jason on service department. I had an appointment with my mini for oil change so I dropped off my vehicle on Monday (02-01-2021) I went inside to get assistance on some point. I approached the front desk of the service department. It was a gentlemen behind the desk his name is JASON. He didn’t make me feel as customer on his facility because I told him that I got a different quote for my oil change therefore he made bad gesture with his face that I felt uncomfortable. Then I find out that my vehicle is missing a hook tow cover on the back of my bumper. I tried to get assistance from the agent JASON but he wasn’t willing to help on my concern. Also, he refused to give his manager name I don’t know WHY. Hopefully, my experience at this dealership help to improve their customers service. More

When the Return cooler pipe from top on radiator to engine block, car came out the sign , engine cooler low lever . They did not gave me any car or even asking me if I need a temporary car. After 20 days of too back my car , I first time drove on freeway , engine is over heat , and next problem head gasket, and told me engine cooler low level , need refill the cooler . That’s the same problem. So I called again , BMW asked me to bring car to Dealership Monrovia to again. Still no body ask me if I need a lift or a car. Next day , they told me car be fixed. Did they how to fix ? Put customer in damage,engine could FxxK up if they did wrong fix or less care? It’s a lease car still under the contract , they supposed to offer me a temporary car as usual. I feel I don’t trust BMW now , First time kind make me sad.,since I been royalty customer 8 years . Nina Xu More
DEFECTIVE TIRE PURCHASED A USED 2019 TOYOTA CAMRY SE WITH 5200 MILES AT THIS DEALER. THE. THE SALESMAN WAS ROCKY WHO HANDLED THE SALE THE FRONT TIRE WAS DEFECTIVE. I TOOK THE CAR TO 2 TIRE SHOPS AND BOTH SHOPS CONFIRMED THAT THE TIRE WAS A MANUFACTURER DEFECT. CALLED BMW OF MONROVIA AND SPOKE TO ROCKY. LONG STORY SHORT THE DEALERSHIP WON'T STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL. CALLED ROCKY IN PREVIOUS OCCASIONS WITH QUESTIONS AND LEFT MESSAGES AND MY CALLS WERE NEVER RETURNED. BUYER BEWARE More

When I left the dealer, the low tire pressure light was already on, I thought the pressure just below a little and I just gonna drive it for a day, so after 2 hours I return the loaner, they called me and said they found a nail on one of the tire, needs to charge me $453.58 for one tire, I told them what happen, but they said the computer shows that the low tire pressure light was on after I drove the car, and I asked them if I could bring the car to somewhere else to fix it or replace the new same tire, but everything I asked and told them, the answer always the same " Unfortunately, there's nothing we could do" So if anyone see that light on, fix it first before return it !! Good luck to everyone. More

Service I live just south of San Francisco and was in Sierra Madre visiting relatives when the engine light came on my 2012 BMW X-5. I brought it to this dealership and had a great experience. Greg Hernandez, our service advisor, was great. We needed to get back home but did not want to drive until the problem was solved. Greg kept us informed of our vehicle status and told us the exact time the vehicle was ready. As a result, we were able to get back home on time. More

Tim Chen has been my service rep there for 6 years since i bought my 2009 328i. Tim keeps me updated on the vehicle status when I take in service or any warranty/recall work. I would probably go with another dealership or a private mechanic if it weren't for Tim. More
Discrimiation Dealership I have went to different BMW dealerships. This was the first time I had my vehicle serviced at this dealership and this will be the last time because I have went to different BMW dealerships. This was the first time I had my vehicle serviced at this dealership and this will be the last time because this is the worst one in the Los Angeles area I have been to. Their service manager is very unprofessional and made fun of me being not speak good English. He told me that " YOUR ENGLISH IS NOT GOOD. I WAS BORN IN ENGLAND AND I SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH. BETTER THAN YOU." He also told me that you don't have to service your vehicle here and you can go to other dealership if you want. Basically, as a manager, he is asking a first time customer not to come back to their business. So how can your business survive without returning customers? First time to hear that from a manager. At the end, when I am ready to pick up my vehicle, the service manager told me that they could not find my vehicle and my vehicle was picked up by my wife. Luckily it was my wife. What if it is someone else? How can a dealership releases a vehicle to some one other than the owner of the vehicle! That was before I made the payment at the cashier! Terrible management and very unorganized! Not recommend to go to this dealership if you don't speak fluent English and if you don't want your vehicle to be picked up by someone else. Go to New Century BMW. They are much more better. At least if you don't speak good English, they will still treat you as a customer and will not make fun of you! More
