My experience with BMW of Monrovia has been disappointing. Despite numerous attempts to purchase a 2022 X4 from them, I’ve encountered multiple roadblocks and inefficiencies in their sales proc disappointing. Despite numerous attempts to purchase a 2022 X4 from them, I’ve encountered multiple roadblocks and inefficiencies in their sales process. From unresponsive staff to unclear emails. I've even tried contacting Sales Manager David Seaman to no avail. It’s been frustrating trying to secure a purchase. I would caution others to consider alternative dealerships for a smoother buying experience. More
The BMW dealership in Monrovia California is one of the slowest moving dealership to ever go too. I dropped my car off for a oil change at 11:20am and did not get back into my car until 3pm. I was the only slowest moving dealership to ever go too. I dropped my car off for a oil change at 11:20am and did not get back into my car until 3pm. I was the only African American waiting on my car and they didnt seem to move with any type of urgency. I’m very irritated on there work ethic and customer service. No one ever came to update me on my car or anything. I sat and waited in the dealership the whole entire time for my car. In conclusion i will never be taking my car back to the BMW dealership in Monrovia nor do i recommend anyone take there car there unless you want the same service I’ve received. More
Amazing BMW dealership! I buy all my cars from BMW of Monrovia. The staff is fantastic. I special ordered a X5 45e from Joseph Mourad & Tomas Cervantes and I couldn't be hap I buy all my cars from BMW of Monrovia. The staff is fantastic. I special ordered a X5 45e from Joseph Mourad & Tomas Cervantes and I couldn't be happier. Florence Linares in the bdc kept in contact with me during the entire time the car arrived and all the way to delivery. They were all on top of it during the entire process letting me know when the car was built, shipped, arrived to port and then when it was being unloaded from the truck. Can't say enough good things about this dealership. I won't buy from anyone else. More

After 5 minutes she call me and said sorry we sold this car 3hours ago!! Whaaaaaaaat!!you ran my credit,you get my debit card information!!! I told her if you don’t give my car I sue dealership and she said you are ridiculous and hang up phone on me!!! What a rude and unprofessional salesperson! More
BMW of Monrovia sells POC cars that have been in an accident and do not tell the customer about it. I bought a 2014 535i in 2017 and after washing it at home I noticed the back passenger door had a ter accident and do not tell the customer about it. I bought a 2014 535i in 2017 and after washing it at home I noticed the back passenger door had a terrible bondo job , I let the manager know and he said he could not do anything about it. Do not buy used cars from this dealership , there is always something wrong with that vehicle that's why their prices are lower than most dealers (BEWARE) More
Unfortunately I had a bad experience of customer service from Jason on service department. I had an appointment with my mini for oil change so I dropped off my vehicle on Monday (02-01-2021) I went inside t from Jason on service department. I had an appointment with my mini for oil change so I dropped off my vehicle on Monday (02-01-2021) I went inside to get assistance on some point. I approached the front desk of the service department. It was a gentlemen behind the desk his name is JASON. He didn’t make me feel as customer on his facility because I told him that I got a different quote for my oil change therefore he made bad gesture with his face that I felt uncomfortable. Then I find out that my vehicle is missing a hook tow cover on the back of my bumper. I tried to get assistance from the agent JASON but he wasn’t willing to help on my concern. Also, he refused to give his manager name I don’t know WHY. Hopefully, my experience at this dealership help to improve their customers service. More
