Most enjoyable buying experience ever! Found a perfect match for my new car at BMW of Monrovia. Needed to do everything remotely with a trade-in, loan and transport. Worked directly with Sales Manager Paul Choonhaurai to negotiate a “perfect” deal in less than 2 hours, secured financing the next morning, Fedexed paperwork the next day and scheduled transport for both cars. Paul is an old pro who knew how to expedite every step of the process. Both Paul and his Sales Agent Monica Perez gave me the best service and support I’ve had in all 24 of my previous purchases during my lifetime. Many thanks to the entire team at BMW of Monrovia! More
