My car has been there a week and a half for a fuel pump issue, including having to order the part, which was overnight. It's ridiculous it's taking a week n a half and I'm sure this Friday I will be give issue, including having to order the part, which was overnight. It's ridiculous it's taking a week n a half and I'm sure this Friday I will be given a reason for another delay. I'll look for a German auto repair shop next time. My time like everyone's is valuable and you can't get it back. It should be more than one person at a dealership working on the cars. A week and a half and still not fixed, it should be priority just for the sake of reputation. It's your own product! More

He is the first sale This was by far the best experience buying a new vehicle. Murray Brown was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the X5. He is the first salesperson that I have worked with that was not pushy at all. We were quoted a price for our trade in prior to the dealership seeing it. The price was extremely fair. We brought our trade in the next day to be inspected. Once the vehicle was inspected, they increased the amount. This is the first time I have ever been paid more for something after an amount was already agreed on. We also have a service dog and everyone at the dealership was extremely respectful in making her feel right at home. It's the little things that are most appreciated. Our finance guy was Adele Chanthavane. He took the time to answer every question that we had. He even saved us more money by advising us on what extended services to purchase. I can honestly say that this is the first dealership that has earned my complete respect. The management should be very proud of the entire staff. I look forward to trying out the service department for all of our maintenance. Thank you for a first class buying experience. More
