My wife and I were only there to look to see how the BMW sized up to other cars we were looking at. After talking with Stewart and looking at a few cars in the showroom he had Peter get us a car to test drive, I was very impressed with the 535 series but I told him it was just to much car for us, so we drove a 330i and that was the car we liked. After some negotiations and looking at a new 330i right off the truck we made a deal. By this time it was well past closing time but the team all stayed to get the car prepped so Brad could tell us all the features of the car and we could take it home that night. I'm very happy with the car and the professional staff and look forward to doing business again in the future. More

Great Sales Process Car buying is generally a "not so fun process" to begin with, couple that with buying a car out of state, it can be nerve racking to say the least. Ho Car buying is generally a "not so fun process" to begin with, couple that with buying a car out of state, it can be nerve racking to say the least. However, Jamil from BMW of Milwaukee North turned this into an extremely easy overall process. He initially started by showing the car via FaceTime, which increased my comfort level right off the bat. He identified any issues (which there really weren't any), once again increasing my comfort level. After which, there were a few items that I wanted to discuss regarding the car and he made each of those happen. Throughout the process he was completely transparent, and I was able to reach him with any questions that I had. If he didn't know the answer he put me in contact with someone who did. Part of the process included me getting a pre-purchase inspection. Granted, I completely trusted Jamil on the condition of the car (which it was in great condition), I also wanted to get a third party to test drive because I was out of state and I wanted to confirm that the car was in great shape, which they did. The most noteworthy part of that process was Jamil actually had the day off, and was willing to come into the dealership in order to bring the car to a third party shop to get the car inspected. I would absolutely recommend working with the dealership, but more specifically I would recommend asking for Jamil when purchasing a car at BMW of Milwaukee North. More
