I switched back to Middleburg service because of John Cordell who is now the service manager there. I had been with him a at Westlake BMW and because he is so attentive I decided to follow him to Middleb Cordell who is now the service manager there. Vehicle was dropped off by a tow truck after hours due to a busted run flat tire (I didn’t have the spare kit). I wasn't happy that it took them 3 appointments to finally get just my rear brakes correct. Also I had to do a drop off and get somebody to pick me up on the 3rd time which was very inconvenient.
