Client service advisors Chris and John were pleasant, and work requested was accomplished. However, when a technician backed into my perfect little BMW's bumper, I was most disappointed. Chris did send and work requested was accomplished. However, when a technician backed into my perfect little BMW's bumper, I was most disappointed. Chris did send photos of the "ding" and informed me that the body shop needed a week and a half to complete the repair. They did a great job on that repair as far as I could tell. It would have been great customer relations if I had been offered a loaner or perhaps a discount on future service to compensate for my time lost. I was pleased with the shuttle service that delivered the car to my home. (And here comes another "but") I did have to clean black dirt off the interior door handle. Sometimes, it's just those little things that make BMW service fall short of customer expectations. More
