I had a great experience at BMW of McKinney. I was greeted promptly by Felix Cisneros and he took care of me right away. He answered any questions or concerns I had. He walked me through what I needed and got me taken care of quick. I was updated on my car status by John, and felt I was always in the loop. I would recommend Felix and John for your service needs.
