These guys are great, took care of me, always delivered on they promises and are very responsive when I have questions (I'm a car guy, so they get a lot of questions). With the maintainance free program, it's worry free service both financially and mentally. Some of the other guys are not so great, but Grace, Freddy and Jia Ho are the best I know. More

At the time I met Grace, I was driving a BMW 3 Series Wagon and she told me about the X3 years ago. She is smart, friendly and knows her cars well. Grace stayed in touch and when my lease was up Grace ordered my first X3 for me. I have just leased my third X3 from Grace. It is a terrific car for us to travel to our weekend home from lower Manhattan. I don't know if my next car will be an X3, but I'm certain that Grace will help me find the right BMW for us. Really professional and organized. What really makes BMW of Manhattan so great to me is my service rep Buddy. I run a very large Films Production Facility in NYC call Citysage. We deal with celeberties all the time and hundreds of people in the movie industry. I have not met within my staff or in the industry (and ive been in it 20 years) a person more concerned and aware of customer serive as Buddy. He really cares and it shows. He also have a great deal of knowledge of the cars. I am really impressed with BMW of Manhattan and the staff they have on location. Great job. Brian Coles More

Overall I've had great service despite the fact that this is a very busy dealership. The car has always been ready when promised and if they needed more time I appreciate their honesty.
