I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE DISAPPOINTED IN A DEALERSHIP IN MY LIFE. I purchased a vehicle and had nothing but problems with it. I was told the car had a motor that had problems so I paid to get out of a proble LIFE. I purchased a vehicle and had nothing but problems with it. I purchased a X5M thinking I would have a better experience and this vehicle has been in the shop more than 20 times for the same issue and the only thing I'm told is I can purchase another vehicle and pay the difference. I have been a BMW owner since 1997 and have never been part of such a unprofessional and money grab dealership that cares nothing about the customer. Shame on you guys over there wouldn't send anyone to purchase a car there. So I found a vehicle that I was possibly interested in getting into but waiting to hear what corporate would do to help with this problem. I received a call from the manager who told me that after 3 days I needed to make a decision as if I'm not the one who had already purchased two subpar vehicles from them already. I guess customer service isn't what's important to them. More
