Sean was there every step of the way from inquiry through the purchase to shipment to ‘after the sale’ follow-up/education on the vehicle. An enjoyable and easy buying experience. In addition to Sean, I also had the full support of Kevin Richter assuring me that Zimbrick stands behind all their sales – which I’m here to say they definitely do! It almost got to a point where we either felt that our business was not wanted and or the communication was terrible. I stopped in Zimbrick BMW one day when my wife sent me a link to an 2004 Lexus RX330 that had the features and mileage we wanted along with our price range. I meet with Taylor right when I walked in the door. I shared my experiences with him from the other dealerships and how our car buying experience was no longer fun and became a royal pain. Taylor did the complete opposite. He made our experience extremely enjoyable and we got everything we could possibly ask for. This is our second vehicle we have purchased from Zimbrick BMW in the last two years. I told Taylor and his sales manager that when we look to buy another SUV next year, that without any hesitation we only want to work with them. Even if they don't have the SUV on their lot, I know Taylor can find it. We finally found a dealership that we can have a purchasing relationship with. BMW Experience I traded in my 2012 BMW X3 for a new 2015 BMW X1. Jenny McAdow helped me with the transition, and she gave me excellent service. She took me on a test drive and explained the features and showed me how to use the navigation system, (Very cool). She helped me with the financing and spent several hours going over the paperwork with me. She was very friendly and treated me with respect. She also answered my questions; how and when to put air in the tires, what happens if I get stranded, how does the navigation work, how do I enter a new contact, etc... She answered all of my questions and didn't make me feel like I was a bother asking all of these questions. I would recommend BMW to anyone, and tell them the service is outstanding. No one likes it when something goes wrong with there car, especially when you can't tell how fast you are going!
