Another Excellent Experience I have purchased a number of new BMWs at Zimbrick. I just completed the purchase of a 2017 X5. My client advisor, David Mueller, is simply exceptional. He always makes the transaction effortless for me and looks out for my best interests. He is totally familiar with all BMW vehicles and uses this extensive knowledge to ensure the customer makes the correct decisions in ordering and purchasing a new BMW. The product Genius, Justin Sundby, is also exceptional and goes above and beyond to ensure that the customer understands the complex technology in the vehicle and can be completely comfortable with all aspects of driving a BMW. Mike Baumeister is a great service advisor with an extraordinary knowledge of the BMW product line. I always know that he will take great care of any service needs I might have and will always get to the root of any problem. Ken Wagner, the Business Manager, is also great to work with and handles my transaction exactly as I want. My experiences at Zimbrick BMW have always exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend David, Justin, Mike and Ken for the purchase/service of a new or preowned BMW. They are a great team and have my thanks! More
Sean is the best!! I first met Sean when I was looking for a good used 328xi in 2013. He showed me what was available and was never pushy. I ended up purchasing a used 328xi at another dealer but brought it into Zimbrick for a checkup and services. Every time I was at the dealer I ended up having great discussions with Sean and when it was time to get my wife a new vehicle Sean was my go to person. He got us a great deal on a 3 year lease on an X1. In April 2016 I saw a CPO Sparkling Bronze 328xi on the lot and Sean once again got me the best deal on my trade and the purchase of the Bronze 328xi. Recently (December 2016) when the lease on my wife's X1 was up, she decided she loved my car so much that she wanted to return the X1 and purchase a CPO 328xi. Sean once again worked out the best deal for us and got my wife into a red CPO 328xi. Sean is always friendly and helpful when we talk to him and always follows up with us. He is the best vehicle sales person that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. More

Incredible service I have had nothing but the most amazing service experiences with Zimbrick BMW, despite not having purchased my vehicle here. I barely know where to be I have had nothing but the most amazing service experiences with Zimbrick BMW, despite not having purchased my vehicle here. I barely know where to begin! Brought my vehicle in for its very first service at noon on a weekday. Brian took the time to sit down and get me set up in the system and offered me a loaner car to get back to work, even though the service was only going to take an hour or so. Impressed already. When I came back to pick up the car, I was told there was a small part that was recalled and needed to be replaced. He said he could have the part sent overnight. We set up a time the next day to bring the car back and have this done. Again, despite being a short procedure, I was offered a loaner car to get back to work. Brian called me to say that, unfortunately, the small issue was a larger one, and several components would have to be replaced. And, also unfortunately, those parts need to come from Germany and it will be several days to wait for them. Rather than having to go back to the dealership, however, Brian asked if I would like to keep the car for the entire duration while we wait for the parts to arrive -- Wow! Saved me time and gave me piece of mind, and couldn't be more impressed with the generosity of the offer. During my time driving the loaner car, a light on the dashboard went off -- "Flat tire". Couldn't have come at a worse time, as I was on my way out of town for a very important meeting. My heart sank. I called Zimbrick right away, as I was near, and had a replacement loaner car within 10 minutes. Made it to the meeting on time. AND I was told "no charge" for the incident -- they'll take care of it, no problem. WHAT?! Can this GET any more amazing?? Yes it can! I was called on Friday and told my vehicle was ready. Unfortunately, I was out of town until the following Tuesday. "No problem, keep the loaner car and swing by when you're back" When I came in Tuesday afternoon to get my car, it turns out that it was kept in the service area, inside, the entire weekend. AND someone had taken the time to not just wash the car for me, but *detail* it, inside and out. Tire black on the wheels, Armor-all on the dash. I was floored. And all this, despite me not having purchased my vehicle at Zimbrick. I will be a lifetime customer from now on! More

A pleasure to work with the professionals at Zimbrick BMW I really enjoyed working with the sales team and Kyle at Zimbrick BMW. I was and out of town buyer but that didn't matter. We made the deal over the phone, signed a few documents the next day. I flew up the following week where Kyle personally picked me up from the airport and brought me to the dealership; where my car was waiting in the showroom. Kyle and the staff at Zimbrick had all my paperwork ready when I arrived so we got started on that right away. While I waited for my payment to clear, Justin walked me through all the features and how to operate the technology on the car before I departed. Prior to leaving, Kyle surprised me with a gift certificate to the retail store and a 3 month subscription to XM Radio. After about 90 minutes I was on my way back home (400 miles) In all, dealing with the professionals at Zimbrick BMW was a pleasure and I would not hesitate to work with them again if the need arises. More
