Our goal was to find a safe vehicle having experienced a near fatal accident some years ago. We found a comfort like no other when we entered Zimbrick BMW. The teamwork is outstanding. We were met with the utmost courtesy and respect and are fortunate to have met Sean Weckerly several years ago when we were ready to look at a BMW. He took the time to get to know us and form a relationship and we purchased our first BMW. The relationship did not end at the sale. Since that time we have had excellent follow up and service on our vehicle and when we decided to find a newer model we contacted Sean right away. It was like re-connecting with an old friend. We were able to get our second BMW without delay or distress. During the process we interacted with several other employees that were also kind and helpful and ready to help us get the vehicle we wanted from the moment we arrived. Each and every person we interacted with from service to finance was there to serve and meet our needs. The manager Griffin, was there when we brought our car in for trade and even stopped by with a smile and well wishes as we picked up our new vehicle.
