He assured me that he would do everything possible to get it done by that time and it was completed by 1:00PM. He asked if I needed someone to come pick me up. which I did not. Good but needs a little work First of all, I used the iDrive in my car, coupled with the BMW app, to schedule service for my car. When I had not gotten a confirmation from the de First of all, I used the iDrive in my car, coupled with the BMW app, to schedule service for my car. When I had not gotten a confirmation from the dealership regarding my appointment date and time, I called to confirm. They had not received the service request, and the person that answered the phone said that it was never a good idea to use any other method to schedule other than calling (then why do we have that option in our cars and on our apps?). Second, service appointments are scheduled at 15 minute intervals, which is fine. However, the service techs all go to lunch between 12 and 1. Yet there are still appointments scheduled during that time. So if you have a 12:15 appointment, no one is going to look at your car until they get back from lunch. That adds extra time to your visit. Might be wise to block out the time from noon to 12:45 for appointments. Or either stagger the lunch breaks for your service techs. Otherwise, will lead to customer frustration and inconvenience. That being said, I am always well taken care of at this dealership. They are fairly quick, very knowledgeable, friendly, and the facility is clean and comfortable. Wish they offered a little more in the way of snacks as it seems like every time I am there, they have one or two granola or cereal bars and that's it. (not one or two choices, one or two bars total). However, they always have a good selection of drinks and coffee. They have a tv and a convenient work area and charging stations. It's also nice to have a window into the service area. More
