Great service from start to finish Called on Tuesday to schedule service. Talked to Liz and told her service alert was only for a brake fluid service. She scheduled me for Thursday and arranged for pick up at our house. She called to let us know they were on their way. She called to give me an update on the service and recommend tire rotation. I agreed. She called to let me know service was complete and the driver was on his way. From start to finish everything was handled very professionally and efficiently. I also want to commend whoever cleaned the car. They even cleaned our weather tech mats and the car looked great. More
Too long for warranty work. 3 hours to replace an airbag under warranty. I realize that this is not a money maker to do warranty work,but it is not my fault or caused by me. Appointment was at nine, after midday before the car was returned to me with work completed. I enjoyed working with Elizabeth as she is always pleasant and takes care of my needs. I have other comments but they are not relevant it would appear from walking the car lot. More

Successful experience The BMW representative recognized the probable cause for the problems with my air conditioner after hearing the details. He estimated the time it woul The BMW representative recognized the probable cause for the problems with my air conditioner after hearing the details. He estimated the time it would take to fix the problems, and the service department met that timespan. Everyone was very friendly and interested in saying hello. I had to bring my poodle with me because I had been on a visit with grandchildren. All the employees were so sweet to him and shared stories about their pets. Everyone seemed to be caring and sincerely interested in my situation. More
