My First Service Experience at BMW of Macon I had a I set appointment time. I drove up and the gentleman that checked me in was so polite and helpful since this was my first time for taking in I had a I set appointment time. I drove up and the gentleman that checked me in was so polite and helpful since this was my first time for taking in my car for service. I needed a loaner car and it was sitting there ready to go. Easy in and easy out. When my car was finished they called me and my car was ready waiting for me! Great experience. I enjoy working with Shelley Black She had the paperwork ready for me when I got there. No problems with anything Service was excellent. More

Great service Had a fault notification driving home late in the afternoon. Fair experience. Salesmen were friendly, but most of them were not local to middle ga. We purchased a used Audi diesel vehicle, and none of them knew what I was talking about when I asked about Diesel Exhaust Fluid. Maybe BMW doesn't deal with diesels in the US. More

Excellent Service and Service Department! They have taken care of me and my cars for 15 years and are the reason I continue to drive a BMW. My second "emergency" My first visit was exceptional. Several years ago (another BMW) you were able diagnose a leaking valve stem on one tire. Fixed that quickly. This time, service adviser seemed confused/uncertain. First commented that we had asked for help with tire pressure (no, it was check engine light). Then didn't know it was warranty work and indicated it would be at least 2 hours before they could get to it. But, they did get to it and it did take 2 hours. But, we had no other car problems for our travel home. The dealership also took care of 2 other service needs, which I was going to handle when we got back home. No issue there. I did not receive a service invoice, only a "repair order detail--internal copy. More

Reliable Service Thus Far! My daughter usually takes my vehicle to get serviced while I am out-of-town (I hate sitting for long periods, :) My daughter said that Shelley Black My daughter usually takes my vehicle to get serviced while I am out-of-town (I hate sitting for long periods, :) My daughter said that Shelley Black is absolutely fantastic and that she is a true treasure to work with. We appreciate all of Shelley's efforts and if I purchase from BMW-Macon next year, it will be because of HER as well as the reliable work of the service techs. I personally noticed the one time I came for service, the level of professionalism looking out at the guys work--not all of that "xxxxxx business", just conversing a bit but while working. More
