Excellent, friendly service We had to have our 2007 and 2011 328i BMWs serviced at Macon BMW due to recalls on both of the vehicles. They worked with us to get them both in back to back which made our trips to Macon less of a hassle! The girls in the service department were very friendly and helpful! Made the whole experience much better than at some other dealerships we have come in contact with. The cars were working perfectly upon pickup and we couldn't be happier! Will definitely be going back to Macon BMW if we have any problems in the future! More

First time disappointed after 16 years of service. Picked up my car Saturday. After getting on the road noticed my steering wheel was not centered, then my brake light and another light came up on the Picked up my car Saturday. Have not heard a word from anyone today. I was in management for 40 years and dealt with the public. I know things happen, we are all human. I’m not mad or angry, just disappointed. Want you to know about this to help everyone improve their service. More

Tire wors I ran over a nail and had to get a tire replaced. I have a road hazard warranty, which is good, and the dealership had my tire in stock, which is also I ran over a nail and had to get a tire replaced. I have a road hazard warranty, which is good, and the dealership had my tire in stock, which is also good. I called to confirm these items and was told that I would be responsible for a $50 deductible, no problem. On arrival for the scheduled service I’m informed that the warranty doesn’t cover rotation and balancing of the new tire. That seems a little duplicitous to me (who replaces a tire without at least balancing it?). My problem is that the process took THREE HOURS. I’m sure they were busy, I’m sure there were lots of other things going on, but this should have taken an hour or two at the maximum. More

After explaining my challenge, she was able to work with the shop and squeeze my vehicle into an already fully booked day. All the other people I spoke with while waiting and browsing vehicles were extremely polite and offered help if needed. Thanks! George More
