Installing sat radio I went to service to have sat radio installed. 2hrs. Pretty fast. Minor issues-#1- they didn’t explain that I needed to call a # to finish install. Turned around came back and the Genius help turn it on. #2- I pointed out to the service person that’s week earlier when we purchased the car that the prep had not removed a sticker and adhesive in the frt windshield and adhesive residue from a large sticker in the back passenger window. Many lies After my original contact with the dealership by email, I had a call shortly from a salesman. He set up an appointment for me at 11:00 on Thursday. Keep in mind that I am coming from almost Athens, GA. Upon my arrival, I noticed that a black 2014 Expedition was backed up to the side door and a couple of people were unloading cases of drinks. I asked the salesman if that was the one that I came to see. He said no it was not. Not really believing him, I looked it over. He tried to keep us in his office while this was being unloaded. I said "so let's see the one that I came for". He told us that there was another customer looking at it and they had been there since 10 am. He got up and went somewhere so I got up and held the door for the guys unloading the drinks from the Expedition. After they were done we went back to his office where he joined us. He then said he was going to check on the vehicle. I got up and went back to the door where they were unloading the drinks and could still see the Expedition. The salesman went out the front door and came around to the side and got into the Expedition that the drinks were in and drove it around the building to the front like he just went to get it from somewhere else. I explained to him that I do not appreciate all of the lies. We looked the Expedition, that had the drinks in it, over and decided to purchase it anyway in spite of a lying salesman. As we finally went to the finance office, by the way I paid cash, this guy was trying to sell me the extended warranty and was talking the Expedition down the entire time like it was a piece of junk. I realize it is not a BMW but I only bought this Expedition to drive to the Falcon's games. There is a piece on the driver's side seat that is broken and the manager agreed to get us a new one. I told him if he would buy the part and send it to me that I would have it installed since I did not want to spend another minute in that place. We will see if I actually receive this piece. You would think if someone had a hard appointment to see a specific vehicle that they would have it ready and not being used as a delivery truck. All in all it was a horrible experience and I will not be back nor recommend this place to anyone. It gives car dealers a bad name. By the way, I have a used dealers license so I am not a rookie at this. More

Shelley, Shelley, Shelley, Shelley!!!!!!!!! If I purchase again with BMW of Macon (would be 3rd purchase), it will be because of Shelley and the competency of the Service Technicians. Man, that lady takes a lot of mess from customers and NEVER hides from them or loses her cool, even when most people would have! We just wish we could get Shelley every time. Face it, the sale for me is easy and only takes about 1.5-2 hours and after that, we never deal with that side of the business ever again (automatic payments, never late, don't need to contact them anymore). BUT going forward, the Service Center employees are the only folk responsible car owners with good credit/jobs ever deal with. Every one is nice during the sale, but afterwards we often just become a nothing, a complete nobody--and it is insulting and hurtful. My daughter has a '15 z4 purchased a while ago from another dealership and they are incompetent. The guys working on the cars HERE do a fantastic job and always figure out what the problem is and GET THE REPAIRS RIGHT THE FIRST TIME, like a good doctor, and they are well-spoken and professional, and the prices are not as high as other BMW or Porsche dealerships. More

Shelly Black was my assigned service representative for several years and always provided excellent customer service. Now I am working with Shelia Meadows who likewise was extremely professional and very cordial. I also had the opportunity to be shuttled back and forth to and from my office downtown by Jeffery, who was a pleasure to ride with. Left my cell phone in the vehicle and he retrieved it and returned downtown to give it to me. Great folks to work with. More
