Good service For the services I needed they did a good job & notified me of those that I didn’t need. The vehicle’s delivery was a great feature. the only drawback For the services I needed they did a good job & notified me of those that I didn’t need. The vehicle’s delivery was a great feature. the only drawback was a known passenger door handle melting problem that they gave us the standard line about oils & contact BMW who already told us to take it in to service for a report. Maybe 10 times someone has sat in our passenger seat. You’d think it wouldn’t continue to occur on High end vehicles. It’s a run around bc most cars aren’t under warranty when it happens & they’ll gladly quote you price to do the work but Toyota replaced dashboards found defective at no cost Warranty or not. More
