Horrible experience for my birthday I received an email offering complimentary car wash and multi-point inspection for my birthday. I drove almost an hour to the dealership to get redeem I received an email offering complimentary car wash and multi-point inspection for my birthday. I drove almost an hour to the dealership to get redeem my "gift," and was very disappointed with the service. When they called to tell me my car was ready, I noticed that they had only sprayed it down with a water hose. When I opened the doors, you could pass your finger along the side and notice all the dirt. Also, they were supposed to vacuum the inside, but when we came back they hadn't cleaned the inside. I never got the results of the multipoint inspection, but I am assuming everything was in great shape since my car is new. More

We were in Macon for a couple of days having evacuated our home in Myrtle Beach. Hurricane Florence was on the way. We'd been needing service, so I thought I'd take care of that while we were waiting for the storm to clear. Sheila was able to get me in within a couple of hours and kept me posted on progress. Liz answered a number of questions I still had and frankly, she seemed to know the car better than anyone I'd spoken to at my original dealer. Nice people; very knowledgeable; very patient. The loading tailgate cover springs had came apart I first arrived to the service department and was greeted by a young service man who took down my information and my concern about the tailgate. He then directed me to the lounge where there drinks and snacks. It was very nice with a nice flatscreen tv and cold air conditioning. I was then able to watch the service technician examine the problem with my tailgate. After 10-15 minutes he was replacing the defective part. I watched as he sent it to be washed. 10-15 the young service advisor came to tell me my X5 was ready. It looked like the day I purchased it, it was nicely washed. I checked the function of the replacement part and it worked like the day I got it. And the best thing was ... it was free... I love BMWs warranty. And I love the staff at BMW of macon. I think the greeters name was Billy Ray. He was verry helpful... thanks to the staff at BMW I was in and out in 30 min. More

They all offered to help facilitate the drop off of my car expeditiously. I was bringing my car in for 4 recalls that were on my car and was told that it would take a few hours for them to complete. I was offered shuttle service to my job because I had a business meeting that I couldn’t reschedule and needed to be present for. My driver was the kindest man and we got along great for the 45 min drive to my job. We shared life experiences both good and bad and I think added a blessing to each other’s lives. When it was time to pick up my car my coworker dropped me back off at the BMW dealership so that a courtesy driver wouldn’t have to make the trip to come get me(even though they insisted). My car was washed and vacuumed and ready for me when I got there. The customer care agent took care of me by offering snacks and beverages until my car was released to me. All around great experience. More
